Grief and loss does not follow a set timeline or a list of “This is how I should feel on day one, day ten or day thirty.” Grief is a roller coaster of emotions and feelings that is different for every human being. Grief is experienced when we lose a spouse, a family member, a family pet, friends. Grief is also experienced through the pain of divorce, job loss, moving from one city to another.
