Hello! And welcome to Hearth and Healing Counseling. I am a graduate of Maryville University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. I graduated from Missouri Baptist University with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling.
My clients are working on a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger, grief and loss, parenting, work-life balance, divorce and communication issues. I work with you in a non-judgmental and empathic manner to help you move forward. Some of my clients find that they need help learning some new techniques for coping and others need to spend time focusing on overcoming complex and personal issues. No matter what the circumstances are that bring you to counseling, my goals and desires for you are always the same and that is to help you manage the challenges you face so that you are able to embrace all that life has to offer.
I have an eclectic approach to counseling, which means that I utilize several different disciplines based on your needs and presenting issues. What remains the same for everyone is my unconditional support and practical feedback to help you effectively address your personal life challenges, gain insights and draw upon your inner resources to help you achieve your goals.
